Sharing a webinar happening tomorrow that should be valuable for anyone looking to get more value from customer feedback and understand how leading software companies are using customer voice throughout the buyer journey. In this session, One Identity will share practical examples of how her team uses: • Customer reviews to understand buyer priorities • Review widgets and website content to increase engagement • Customer proof to build trust during evaluation • Validated customer insights to support marketing and sales initiatives The discussion will also cover why customer feedback is becoming increasingly important as AI systems and LLMs influence how buyers research, compare, and discover software. Trent Conley attended today thanks! regarding the logo question, I'm pretty sure a customer needs to be asked specifically for approval to share their logo. Regarding the question about customer approval for using quotes from PeerSpot published reviews, Jennifer really didn’t answer the question. Can you share with me (DM is fine) an “official” sentence or two from PeerSpot that I can share with my team? We just need to be 💯 sure that we can share the named reviews and quotes from those reviews without any additional customer approvals. Thank you very much!
