Customer Advisory Boards: Join My Quick Survey for Insights!
Newbie alert! ๐ Hello it's Irene Yam, we may have met back back in the day when Bill Lee had his events in the Berkeley Hills conference. โฉ Fast-forward 25+ years to now. I decided to just focus on customer advisory boards. I'm working on a ๐ about CABs, self-publishing in Jan of 2025. I just ran an in-person CAB pretty cool. Half way through the CAB, 8 out of the 11 said loudly "we'll buy your new "x." Build it!" It made all the hard work, totally wort it. But then I caught a bad cold. It got me thinking what if I surveyed customers to hear what they think of the value of a CAB is it worth it or not. So I'm here asking if you're curious and be open to sharing this 3-4 minute 8 question survey for your customers to answer, I'll share the data with you.
