Current CAB Composition and Meeting Focus: Exploring New Structures

What is the composition of the current CAB and what is the focus of their meetings? Maybe there is room for two groups. If the group aligned with product is more of a user group and focused on product feedback yours could be more aligned with senior leadership, for example. I’d really try to feel out the mindset of your new CMO before you pitch.

I think the group is kind of a mix, but I would say mostly more senior leadership, so that's a good angle to pitch. A lot of the people aren't actually using the product on a day to day so I think you bring up a great point about a user group vs. a CAB thought-leadership group!!

Katie Aamodt also be mindful of politics when trying to take a program for another team. Do they want it or would they love to unload it.
