Insights from Peerbound Podcast: Metrics and AI in Customer Marketing

I know i'm late to the game today, but catching up from a week out in London for our big conference and CAB meeting got me a little frazzled. But that said, thanks Sunny Manivannan for having me on this week's episode of the Peerbound podcast. For those of you who saw my talk at the CMA summit in San Francisco, we spent a lot of time talking about those same metrics I think we should be beholden to as opposed to the hogwash (yes, i do love that word) that we've been pigeonholed into reporting on up until now. But we also spent a lot of time talking about the use of AI in Customer Marketing and how it's not enough to just throw AI at something to get time back, that you have to know what you are going to do with that time. And then finally, you can learn all about how my version of rebelling against my Dad (who has his Ph.d in computer science) was to get a degree in Political Science and History (not as good as my sister who got a degree in costume design and worked in Hollywood for a while and is now a nurse) but yet still ended up working in tech.
