Community Week Online Summit: Exploring the Role of Community in Customer Marketing and Retention
Hi Friends, I’m Francisco Opazo, Founder of Led by Community and Community Week. We are running for third time our Community Week Online summit, and we are considering to have a panel where customer marketing can take the spotlight. (YOU) We have something along this idea: Retention is a team sport: where community fits in customer marketing Angle: A practical discussion on how community can support customer education, adoption, belonging, and retention alongside customer marketing efforts. What the panel could cover:
Community touchpoints across the customer lifecycle
Programmes that improve stickiness
Events, peer learning, and customer connection
Proving impact to leadership
Our friend Kevin Lau is already one of the speakers for the summit, but I’m looking to bring of customer marketing goodness to our summit, since community and customer marketing can do great things working together.
