I estimate how many hours our agency would have cost to make adjustments or create a new feature. An event calendar with tags took them over $30,000 for our Community. Today I updated it in 15 minutes. They would usually charge 4 hours to add new tags like I did today. Similarly, I created a Tabbed card section for our onboarding team, then created the backend admin function to make it editable for them without updating code. This took 3 hours and is very similar to the calendar the agency created for $30k.
