Has anyone built a customer lifecycle framework that demonstrates your organization's ability to ensure customer success via proven processes and support? This framework will be used in sales pitch decks for prospects. There are pieces of this everywhere in my organization (adoption, implementation best practices, customer success plays, optimization methodologies, etc.). Any advice on how to condense all of this into a pretty story that shows customers are not alone and gives them confidence they will be successful?
This topic is coming up so much, so I created a channel for it. ๐[private feed] for anyone that wants to join it. I have several others I'll add to it as well.
Hi Sarah Lang are you referring to a service model? I've seen this illustrated as a journey wheel with spokes on what's offered at each stage. I'll try to find the visual.
hi Shetal Shah, it doesn't have to be a commercialized service model - ours isn't. I think it's a little different than your typical lifecycle graphic. I want to communicate "We have helped hundreds of enterprises go from onboarding to full adoption in under X months, ensuring measurable success through our structured framework." Thanks for looking for the graphic!
Oh, I got it. Hmm, the visual I was thinking about doesn't make sense in this context, but I love the idea of using something like this for a pitch deck. I've seen similar value props listed with icons but not so much a lifecycle framework.
Did you find anything for this Sarah Lang
Mary Green, I did not, but I am developing something. I have a lot of the pieces. I'm in the process of building the framework that will demonstrate the journey by "pillars" of post go-live success. I'm happy to share it when it's in better shape!
