Value Add Skills-Based Opportunities for Advocates

👋Hi y'all! Has anyone done a great “value add” skills based opportunity for their advocates that resonated well? I've done social media best practices workshops but looking for some additional ideas (either with internal experts or external agencies) 😊

I’ve done workshops on improv skills for customer-facing roles (active listening, pivoting, brainstorming, teamwork, etc.)

My client hired a public speaking coach who did a workshop with their IT advocates on presentation skills. They ran 2 sessions - one for North America and one for EMEA to accommodate different timezones.

Love the idea of working on presentation skills and storytelling :)

The advocates really enjoyed it! Plus, sometimes HR teams already have vendors on contract for these types of L&D opps for employee engagement so you may be able to get a discount through that route 🙂
