Seeking Examples and Insights on Revising Advocacy Agreements

Can we talk agreements (the bane of my advocacy existence)? We're going through an effort to revise/rewrite our existing agreements. I'm at a large technology company and we currently have a Welcome Letter (covers the corporate side) and a Publicity Release (the person interviewed). I would love to see any examples that you all use, and what challenges you encounter when sharing.
