What Program, Project, or Tool Made the Biggest Impact on Your Work?

I got asked a pretty cool question from our new president - "if you had all the money in the world, what would you ask for?" I thought this would be an interesting question for this group! What program, project or tool did you invested in for your program that made all the difference? I already have more headcount in the plan 🤣 but want to really get creative.
