Discussing NPS Challenges in the Cybersecurity Audience

Colleen Reidy I wonder if this has to do having a cyber security audience. The basic premise of NPS, would you recommend the product to a friend, may be flawed with this audience. Wonder what other cybersecurity CMAers think.
