Hi Nicholas Ruthven It depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. If you’re mainly running a sales reference program, that’s a different need than building customer content, surveying customers, or supporting a broader community strategy.
Do you already have an engaged pool of advocates, or do you need the platform to help create one? In my experience, the right choice comes down less to “which platform is better” and more to your goals, program maturity, and the workflows you need to support.
