Seeking Recommendations for Customer Advocacy Tracking Tools

Hi all! My name is Jasmina - I’ve been a bit of listener/soaking things in since I’ve joined this community but I’d love to interact more with folks here and share ideas. I’d love to know (if anyone is open to sharing) what tool have you been using to track your reference calls, have sales request calls, nominate advocates, track customer advocacy activities, etc. I’ve used ReferenceEdge, excel, air table and Orca in the past but would love to hear about what else is out there?

Hey Jaz! We've had clients also consider Base, Champion, Deeto, and SlapFive for reference management and some also use RO Innovation as well 🙂

Hi Jaz Cuevas there is a report on CMAweekly about the top vendors in our space. They are: Orca, Champion, ReferenceEdge, SlapFive, and Deeto based on feedback from over 200 users of these platforms. Unfortunately Base, Influitive, and RO Innovation have received significant negative reviews. Jaz Cuevas - we have been researching and interacting with Deeto and I have to say - they are great! We are almost to the finish line on budget and they are my #1 pick.

Jaz Cuevas - not yet! A lot of it depends on what they have in their existing tech stack and whether they're looking for purely reference solution or if they want references + advocacy for their team's needs 👍
