Nicole Gardner UserEvidence is an amazing tool to gather surveys! It’s super easy to use and we've had great success with getting responses through their surveys. Another thing is utilizing CS (like you mentioned) to pull a list of happy customers to go out to for the survey. That way you have a target list to go out to.

Hiya Megan Ferenz ! I'd send a follow up after a reference call is conducted by the customer and ask them if they want to share their feedback. I've also teamed up with lifecycle and had the G2 link included in the 3-month mark email that goes out to all customers.
