Hi Jacqueline Gu! I’m at the qualtrics conference this week and one of the panels focused on customer experience and capturing customer feedback. They suggested doing a video testimonial survey. Having a set question and let the customer video themselves.
I also think doing video content at the customer’s work place is always fun! Or having them create their own video clips of their day in the office.
