Charlotte Weiss - at our last two CABs we have what we call “Client Spotlight”. We have 2 CAB members speak about a current hurdle that some of our clients might be facing that don’t necessarily have anything to do with our product.
Example - we work with HR + Payroll Professionals so we had a client discuss how they have advocated and won for outside of the box benefits.
I really love this section and now when we ask our members what they are challenged with - and its a big one - we look to our members to help them through it.
