Khoros Product Updates: Admin-Only Options and Notifications?

Khoros users, need your help: Does Khoros have a way to post product updates with notifications? In Gainsight, we had a dedicated "Product Updates" section where only admins could post. Community members were automatically notified of new posts but could unsubscribe anytime. Is there a similar feature in Khoros that lets admins share product updates and send notifications to community members who can opt in or out?
