Has anyone built out a case for a community? Headcount plus tool

Try looking at the resources on In Before the Lock podcast page. ib4tl.fm Erica & Brian has several related episodes and they’ve shared a bunch of templates. I can’t recall if this is there but definitely something similar if not exact.
