Emily Coleman This is such a great conversation! We are actually in the process of building this out now. We use Hubspot and Deeto and are building the workflow so that we can gather the feedback based on specific triggers (surveys/AI interviews/different campaigns based on NPS or any other event/signal). We are also looking at setting one up for lost deals where we gather the feedback within Deeto on why the prospect did not choose us. We also do gather product feedback through Deeto as well currently. Happy to talk more if you are interested!
Hi Claire Lyall! I don't know if you have checked out Deeto yet, but I am SO excited for all that they do and now we are using their referral program as well. We have it set so that any referral they make they earn points and any of those referrals that end in a closed deal earns them even more points. Our ambassadors in Deeto are really excited about the referral program!
