I'd recommend taking a look at Peerbound! I've used it at 2 orgs now, and when joining my current org, specifically referred to it as "required equipment". Really useful for sourcing testimonials at scale and enabling the field with customer proof. It acts as both a method to source new customer quotes and also as a repository for our entire proof library.

Really weak response rate in my experience

I use Claude because that's what we have an enterprise license for. My recommendation is to create a skill that conforms to your brand template so that any slide creation prompts automatically conform to your brand format

I would suggest giving them the same reward, since G2 devalues old reviews in their algorithm. So the update provides value to your grid ranking and scoring

Like Emily, I didn't see a significant difference in response rate when I tested $25 vs. $50.
