Hi Emma Hanevelt, I’d recommend the following steps for increased visibility:
- 1.
Create an “Ambassador” contact field on the SFDC Account Level to display the name and contact profile of the Ambassador
- 2.
Create an “Ambassador Contact” checkbox field on the Contact Level for reporting on contact level
- 3.
Create a dependency that every contact should have a linked account (if this doesn’t already exist)
- 4.
Create an automation to link the two Ambassador fields:
Trigger: “Ambassador Contact” field is checked
Action: The “Ambassador” field on Account level displays the contact
