i would think most of them use one of the great CRMs out there, but i dont know that for sure. Is this a CRM or like one? similar to say Salesforce

I think there are a couple of more traditional ways to do this. You could do a mini customer story that you use on the blog and in social media. From there you can share their content, etc. Another way is to invite them to an interview, live or pre-recorded or on your podcast if you have one. I am in a FB group where the owner will occasionally do an interview type FB post and I was featured once. that was kind of cool.
