We are also working in a Google sheet and want to move it all into Salesforce. Does anyone have a recommendation about using the contact vs account page? Sometimes we have multiple advocates who are doing activities at one account. not sure which gives the best holistic view and is easiest to pull reports on. We are thinking about tracking some of the below (still revving on the list)

approved logo usage
last date of advocacy activity
types of advocacy activity (case study, webinar, CAB participant, blog post, speaking at an event, etc.)

Hey everyone! We’re considering adding customer quotes and stats throughout our website. How do you all feel about using anonymized data from our sales team or quotes from customer calls that haven’t been explicitly approved by the customer?

Choosing Holiday Gifts: Customer Preferences and Options

Hello all! We want to give customers Holiday / Happy New Year gifts. The options we are considering are:

1.
branded swag (tshirt, mug, etc.) via our swag vendor
2.
e-gift card via Sendoso
3.
non-branded physical gift via Sendoso

we have a small % of customers based in UK/Germany/EMEA and Australia. From a logistical point of view, sending via Sendoso is the most simple. Thoughts on which type of gift customers would appreciate/use the most?
