I wanted to chip in and ask for your advice. I’m looking for a customer marketing training for a small group of my marketing colleagues (4 to 5 people) based in Europe. As for specific items, I wanted to ask about measuring customer marketing activities in Planhat, tips on rolling out a customer advocacy program in Planhat and also opportunities of using Planhat for user marketing / user engagement.
