Hey all, does anyone have experience using the customer success platform Planhat for customer marketing? I’d appreciate any tips on where to get started!

I do not but I’ve very interested in how they work. I haven’t been able to connect with anyone there to get a demo.

Hi Christine, Apologies for the delay. I've been helping with some coordination related to the floods in my home country am still catching up on emails. Thursday works for me - anytime between 10am and 2pm CST. Would those hours work for you? As for specific items, I wanted to ask about measuring customer marketing activities in Planhat, tips on rolling out a customer advocacy program in Planhat and also opportunities of using Planhat for user marketing / user engagement. Thank you again! I really appreciate your willingness to meet and chat about Planhat!
