Selling has become harder. I work for a sales training company and there are a few stats floating around from Gartner and other credible sources on how buyers prefer to do the bulk of their research before ever even speaking with a seller. They're jumping into the sales process a lot later than they previously did. That's why review sites, and showing up well in the ranking, is so important because they are going to through those sources when creating their shortlist.
