Question - what do you do with the trends/feedback? What is the output of the surveys and how do you track improvements once you communicate back to teams on what they could do better? (Looking to build out NPS myself!)
Darn-I am not available at this time, but happy to chat at a different time re: Champion and the success I've had with this vendor to date at Gainsight. We just closed our first referral deal TODAY using their software - 1 Million in ARR!
