We built a reply to reviews custom chat GPT for funsies a while back (also for R&D) This is what it came up with. I'd tweak it a little, mostly to not only acknowledge but also share a few (real) things that your product team is focusing on and hoping to improve soon. I do feel like it's important to acknowledge though, and show you understand, as a human, that this has been painful to them. I'm 100% with Irwin Hipsman here "'ll share with my product team" does not send the right message. While the person replying is an individual replying with limited impact on the company's overall product strategy etc., it's important to be on the customer's side here imo. Also agree 100% it's important to get the right person to reply.

Are you looking to export g2 reviews from the past 6 months with the reviewer name when available? If I understand this correctly, you can download a full export (or a free sample first) for $0.10 per row here. Once you have that, you'll still need to match partial names with your Hubspot contact list. Going from the whole internet to your hubspot contact list makes the haystack a lot smaller, but it's still a needle in a haystack type problem. If you're hoping to get reviewer information sent to hubspot, and cross-referenced with your customer data to actually match new reviews to the right contact, it's part of what we do at reviewflowz, we can help with that 🙂

Karilla Dyer I just had a quick look at Wrike on the PM category. You have 3670 reviews in total, and the guys in front have 5000 (Notion) or over 10 000 (others). Even with 50 extra reviews over your top competitors per week, you'd need 140 weeks (aka 3 years) to win. And they all have always-on campaign and freemium pricing from the looks of it, so you'd need some serious volume to get there. The only reasonable win you can hope for is getting above Airtable, which is at 2000 reviews currently. For that, you can probably run a "refresh your review campaign" by scraping your own g2 reviews and reaching out to all those that reviewed you previously. My 2 cents: I would shift the conversation on whether surpassing competitors on g2 even makes sense – it very likely doesn't. You could look into winning on GPI, or on other platforms (Salesforce Appexchange for ex) instead, where you'd be much more likely to win and where the upside could be even bigger. Especially with every competitor so heavily focused on a single platform.

Hey Kristen Howard this is called "Marketing pressure" and there is tons of litterature on the topic. This post from Braze for example is a good start. The most common answer is to monitor your engagement metrics. When Open rates, click rates, and / or unsub rates fall under or rise above a certain level, you know you might have a marketing pressure issue. As long as they don't, you don't have a mp problem, and you can email people as much as you need to. Despite the occasional rant from unhappy people, you'd get those whether you send daily or yearly emails anyway.

Capterra is by very far the leading platform in "old school" software categories and outside of the US. If you're in a red ocean type category and addressing SMBs it's probably the one you should focus on. If not, it definitely doesn't have the hype that G2 & GPI have.
