Tim, what’s your average contract length and churn %? It’s a great idea but depends on your customer profile and contracts. Sometimes, unless your data has strong indicators for churn so you can tackle this early, it’s too late to save accounts and you’d be putting an advocate at risk of being negatively influenced and jeopardizing two accounts instead of one. There could be another approach but it depends on product/customer/contract

Got it - I'm referring to customer as those who are already in your book of business. Typically (although not always) Customer Marketing groups refers to the campaigns and strategies after prospects have already signed up. So disregard my comment for anything net-new business.

Hey Jonas Sickler, very cool to see this angle of customer marketing and think its a miss on most teams. Generally speaking, if a team is fortunate, they have tools to give them product-usage data. Pendo, Tableau, Gainsight are some tools that I've used but obviously requires deep understanding of the product and industry to know what you are looking for. BTW, when you say Consumer, are you referring to customers?
