How to Track Customer Reviews for GPI SPIFF When Email Confirmation Is Missing?

For those that ran a GPI SPIFF, how did you actually track when a customer submitted a review if they didn't confirm on email? Trying to figure out how to comp reps but need to make sure reviews actually went through before giving them the incentive?
