How to Run an Internal Competition to Encourage Customer Reviews: Tips and Frameworks

Hi al! I'm looking to run an internal competition to encourage some of our internal customer facing teams to gather review's. I was wondering if anyone has done anything like this before and has any tips/ tricks/ frameworks that they use and any advice about making it work? Would really appreciate any feedback, thanks guys!!
