What are some of the best reference and/or customer advocacy program brochures you’ve seen that can be used internally to recruit new reference customers and featured on company websites to encourage customers to sign up for the program?
Amy Ng - thanks for sharing this - love it - do you know - when do they send this to prospective advocates? Is this during the onboarding phase or after the client has reached a certain milestone?
I'm not too sure when they share it with prospective advocates, but looking at how well the landing page is put together, I'm guessing it's an easy way for anyone to share the link with their customer
