G2 MCP workshop covered connecting the G2 Model Context Protocol to Claude/ChatGPT for live G2 data, with Gemini/Copilot support coming ~Nov/Dec 2026.
Setup: in Claude, go to Customize > Connectors > Discover > search "G2" > Install/Connect > approve G2 OAuth.
Data access maps to tier: Reviews (Freemium/Paid), Buyer Intent (Professional+), Market Intelligence (Enterprise).
Skills automation enables reusable prompts for recurring tasks (e.g., competitive digests, hot-account lists), integrable with Slack, Asana, or Outreach.
Use cases include messaging refinement, battle cards, case studies, win/loss reports, pricing sentiment, and buyer intent-driven outreach.
Assignments: connect the MCP, query recent review themes, build a skill, and (Enterprise) run a Market Intelligence analysis ā next major G2 drop is Nov 10th.
