Briefing Book Template for CAB Meetings Using Claude Cowork and Snowflake Integration

Created a briefing book template for CAB meetings using Claude Cowork! I've now converted it to be an artifact that can be universally used by other teams for any type of event, but this came out of me trying to consolidate the cumbersome work that used to go into pulling SFDC data, info from Gong calls, product data, etc. manually or bugging CS or Sales to populate a doc. One caveat: my company has doubled down on Claude and uses a Snowflake connector to bring in all this data so it's easy to fetch it, but workarounds could be to bring in some reports or something like that to populate with the same info. Here are some screenshots of the template. I also have stoplight parameters based on a holistic health assessment on the account. For example, an account may be overall happy with our product, but if a recent exec sponsor left, it might get flagged as at risk. Each attendee has a green, yellow, or red dot next to their name, along with the account vitals (ARR, renewal date, number of users, product usage data) and recent updates from Gong, Slack, etc.
