Long time lurker, but first time poster! 👋 Has anyone been using the community for beta programs? What incentives are you giving customers to sign up and be part of a beta program?

I’ve run beta programs in communities in the past! A few incentives come to mind:
1.
Access to product team for direct feedback
2.
Getting early access to the product itself
3.
Swag
4.
Gift cards
5.
Meetings with leadership
6.
Discounts on the product itself

I’ve found that folks that want to participate in the beta are the ones who usually want to be closer to the team itself and give direct feedback. So access to the team and getting their feedback heard and implemented is one of the best things you can do
