What metrics matter most to you, and what new things are working?

Hey community managers! Two questions: 1) what are the top 1-2 metrics that are most important to you right now? 2) Curious if anyone has started doing anything new that they are seeing work?

You'll get a different answer depending on the community that this person is working in, but for me I would say adoption and retention are my 2 big focus areas. How can we get more members to adopt their product usage and retain more based on programming. I am trialing a new adoption idea in the community called Swap Meets where members share how they use the product and share any tips. While early, it is promising! Hope it helps!
