Seeking Advice on Executive Sponsorship Programs for Halloween

Happy Halloween! Q … who has experience creating / running an executive sponsorship program? I would love to understand what your expectations were for the program. We created one but I don’t think our Execs are understanding the assignment 😞. Any type of playbooks/ docs/ would be awesome to look over.

We did an executive sponsorship program at Demandbase, it was a lot of work. We had to be very descriptive on every action they should take, set up calls to check in, etc. It's a big lift (in my opinion). BTW I saw a post by you on LinkedIn recently and I thought gosh I miss seeing her in the community 🙂

IT really is a LOT of work! And knowing that you have limited time with the C Suite to explain it - that is even more stressful!

Haha - I was going to reply how much work it is but you've got that covered already! I'd check if Sales already has something like this that you can add to. It seems to be a pretty accepted/ common expectation for closing deals.
