Seeking Advice on Executive Sponsorship Programs for Halloween

Happy Halloween! Q … who has experience creating / running an executive sponsorship program? I would love to understand what your expectations were for the program. We created one but I don’t think our Execs are understanding the assignment 😞. Any type of playbooks/ docs/ would be awesome to look over.
