Does anybody work at a company that has both a Customer Lifecycle Marketer and someone in Digital Customer Success?
If no, which do you have?
If yes, does the DCS have a book of accounts they manage. Or, do they have broader responsibilites?

off topic but Lizzie Higgins can I dm you with some questions? our org is structured the same way and I'd love some additional ideas on how to navigate around things.
We do!
DCM sits in CX and CM sits in Mktg. We set up RoE that basically positions CM as the "cruise directors" who define the ideal state customer journey, CX is the Coast Guard who comes to rescue folks who fall (or jump) off the ship. 😁
The intent is that we build programs together that ebb and flow depending on the user needs throughout their journey. It's a muscle we're still building as an organization, but its great to have clearer swim lanes for our respective programs across shared goals.
