Guidelines for Reporting Vendor Contacts and Using the Private No-Vendors Channel

@channel I've been alerted that Vendors are reaching out a lot. Please message me when you are contacted and it feels related to this community. I will not use names and there are likely others sharing their issues as well. Even sponsors do not have free range to message whenever they want. Finally, you may use the 🔒[private feed] no-vendors channel for any discussion, it does not have to be about tools only, especially if you are trying to protect your privacy and/or do not want vendors to see your posts.
