Hello folks - Friday feedback request! I have an executive who is skeptical on the value of a CAB for the participant. While we have versed them in the value of access, influence and insights, they would like to see hard evidence or outputs of value of the client. I have some but would love to gather more. Does anyone here have direct customer feedback or business impact metrics around a CAB they have fun that they would be willing to share? I can obviously anonymize anything necessary.
#1 Networking with (relevant) peers. If you carefully invite the right customers that have similar interests and challenges, other customers will want to be there Building relationships with company LT. Opportunity to impact product development and roadmap. If these all align, the measurable influence on revenue and brand will be an outcome.
I 100% agree, Amy Shever. The client is wanting hard proof. π
I removed our clients name π, but here is what we received in our post survey - which I highly recommend so that not only can you get details on how you can do it better, but also your leadership team will love seeing the answers from your clients who were attending! Sometimes leadership forgets that clients really cherish just talking to each other and building a community! βThe highlight for me was the opportunity to network with both the DailyPay team and other companies that use DailyPay. Hearing about the product roadmap, upcoming enhancements, and the various ways organizations are leveraging DailyPay gave me several ideas for how XX could better utilize the platform to support our associates. One of my biggest takeaways was learning about opportunities we may not have previously considered. Since returning to Columbus, I have shared many of the insights and ideas from the event with our team, and those discussions have already sparked conversations about potential improvements and future opportunities. Overall, I found the event to be very informative and valuable.β
Thank you so very much, Maria Braune. I'll add this example to my collection for them. Appreciate you!
+1 to what others have said. Here is some qualitative feedback we received from some of our customers around the value they got out of the event β direct access to Product leadership and peer networking were key highlights. I had to anonymize parts of the quotes, but hopefully it gets the gist of the value across.
Collective feedback: "The CAB breakout groups worked really well and had a good balance of people in our industry, which helped stimulate conversation and collaboration to help the Docusign team get a good picture of what will work and be helpful with the development roadmap."
Peer networking: "Thank you for a productive time at [your annual conference]. Most notably, the Customer Advisory Board was well thought-out and more engaging for us this year. Thanks for including us in roundtable discussions with other large Enterprise customers. It was great to chat with [multinational tech transportation company] and [open hybrid cloud technology leader] about our needs when it comes to new features like AI and Agents.β
Access to Product leadership and influencing roadmap: "The team did a fabulous job with every detail of this session. It made me feel like an extension of the Docusign team."
