Impactful Courses for Customer Marketing and Leadership Development

Happy Friday everyone! I am planning out my goals for Q3 and am encouraged to always include a personal development goal. That being said, what are some of the most helpful or impactful courses or certifications you have gotten for your job function? I'm think along the lines of directly related to customer marketing/advocacy, or more leadership or AI focused.

Hey Holly! I don’t have any certification tips from experience, but I was looking into these. I found CMA has a certification program. Chatty G also suggested ABM certifications via DemandBase. Personally, I would look at recent performance review notes and any areas recommended for improvement. Then, explore certifications or courses that would help with developing skills in those areas.
