👋 For those with sales incentive programs, what other stakeholders are involved in the program execution? I am working with our finance team to issue incentives but may try to engage marketing ops.

When I managed one a few years back, I think I just had a spreadsheet w/ the employees and submitted a Jira ticket to finance once a quarter. It was paid as a Spiff, I believe...
