Hi @channel What are you working on for Q4? Let's see if we have similar projects, goals, or ideas to connect around! I will start with my goals: AI projects: Ambassador Opportunities board with Higher Logic/Vanilla Community Triage Dashboard (ever upgrading) 1:1 Connection creation system (All of these are really ways to get POC before expanding with vendors) Expanding & Scaling our Ambassador activity with opportunities Creating more engagement in our community & internally Vendor Reminder: These discussions & members are protected in our privacy policy. We're wrapping up our 2026 CAB/EAB cohorts & now I'm knee deep planning on 2027 CAB/ EAB strategy & execution!
AI Projects: Rework my 6 assets from one interview white paper to update the tools and technology changes in the last 2 years Create an agent to automate the video process for Mixology and the Post Sales Alliance EAB: Launch the Executive Advisory Board for CEdMA Aggregate all of my content onto my newly redesigned website (kristinekukich.com, if you're interested)
Cassie Sneed CABs are huge and not an area where I have done a ton. Leslie Barrett used to be my go-to for these. I do work with our CABs & User Groups teams though so if you have questions to share, I can tell you what we do. We have several in-person events with specific customer groups every year.
Oh Kristine, I'm excited for your new website.
I’m somewhere between you and Cassie. We’re just weeks away from our user conference, where I lead the client awards. So, just putting the finishing touches and then right back into it for 2027. A consistent theme this year has been how to offload manual processes to AI automation. We don’t have access to Claude (yet), and are heavily regulated on what we can use outside of approved tools. I’ve automated our post-advocate call documentation and paperwork (another beast to tackle in 2027) and am working on a dashboard to measure the advocate program’s impact. We haven’t closely tracked the data to see where things stand and how much impact the program is having. I’ve done my own here and there but we need more insight as more is being asked of us.
Showing that value with metrics seems to be a big goal across many teams. I think AI can help for sure, but it takes time to sort through all of the information and options and get access to the data needed.
Our 2026 study is all about reporting and analytics - how to find the data, where to find the data and what to do with it. If you want the content for free, sign up here. Releasing Q1 2027

I feel like Q3 is similar, because of the summer and kids going back to school. Do we really only get stuff done in certain months of the year maybe? Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Sept, Oct?
Erica Benton it sounds like you want to share your approach to 2027 planning in an upcoming Friday call 😉
Similar to Cassie, we are knee-deep in CAB planning for our EOY meeting in November, then a fast follow for nominations and enablement with sales for our 2027 cohort. My teammates are doing a big push to hit our goal of customer story pipeline production by EOY too 🤞🏻
So much going on Emily G. I'm seeing this trend with CABs, I wonder why there is a big focus there.
It's a great question... my general ask whenever a leader says they need is a CAB is, "Who's asking?" 😉 I've had experiences where we've built a CAB for the sake of building a CAB... needless to say, those were not fruitful endeavors. Right now, we have strong buy-in and support from our Chief Product Officer and he has a very specific vision for what the program should be — and how it differs from other customer-facing feedback programs like EAPs and betas. This was a pilot year for us, and we learned a lot, but we're starting to see some pay-off through renewals, high product CSAT, and CAB members participating in external-facing advocacy programs, too.
That's awesome, it sounds like you have a good handle on showing proof of value in your CABs program.
