Kate Kresowik what's in it for them? What is your hook? I always think about attracting execs with either:
something they could not learn anywhere else - exclusive speaker, content, etc
going someplace they could not ordinarily go to, exclusive venue or experience
meeting people they would not ordinarily talk to, who else will be there
