Ideas for an Effective Customer Retention Plan Framework

Building a retention plan that’s segmented by top 100 ARR (white glove marketing support) and then more systematic and 1:many engagements for the bottom tiers. If you have any awesome program ideas or things that are working really well, would love to hear it! Right now I have it frameworked as educate (adoption + education of product), engage (ways to bring them closer, meet contacts etc), understand (analytics/proving value), and land (programs to get them over the line).
