Join Research Study on Customer Advocacy in B2B Organizations
🎊 Attention- Calling all Customer Marketing and Customer Advocacy Professionals 🎊 I’m a doctoral candidate at National University who is conducting a research study on The State of Customer Advocacy Being Utilized as a Business and Revenue Driver in B2B Organizations. I am recruiting individuals who meet all of these criteria: 1. You are age 18 or older. 2. You work in customer marketing or customer advocacy within your organization 3. Your organization is defined as a B2B organization 4. You have consent from your organization to share metrics specific to your advocacy and customer marketing program If you decide to participate in this study, you will be asked to do the following activities: 1. Participate in an online interview via Zoom for 60 minutes 2.
