I wanted to put a feeler out as I’ll be in NYC 7–10 December and would love to meet some fellow customer advocacy folks (the pool of advocacy peers is pretty small down here in AU! 😅)
I’d love to grab a coffee and chat all things advocacy. My world recently has been all about measuring impact and attribution, scaling customer stories and reference programmes, AI/GEO and building global advocacy programmes
