I always tell how many companies I’m interviewing well if I am. It helps speed up the process and can result in higher pay. I’ve managed 15+ years and that’s true as a hiring manager too. Good luck!

The ones I like to spotlight are Gartner, G2, Captera, TrustRadius and yes where your competitors are. It also depends on your users - in my experience those four are more for Enterprise customers and there are other review sites more for SMBs. Good luck!

Mary Green - yes apply to new jobs as soon as possible. Three jobs I got to final round were because I applied in 24 hours or less, make sure to take some ‘you time’ while job hunting - I did service twice a week, add new connections in the customer marketing field especially those hiring and more senior, and leverage each other.
