Very different domains that can work together! Example: We tend to have our social media team post a customer story to their channels then a few days later we have our community manager post it to our customer community as an ICYMI + ask our customers to share it to their socials via our community. We have had great engagement this way, especially with those customer stories and webinar registration/post-webinar recordings.

Shelly Ryder thanks for chiming in! Sounds like we have similar processes. I'm really curious how you show your value to your leaders and what are your KPI's look like with limited ability to track. I just started in this role 6 months ago, and we started with sharing how many assets (stories captured, stories approved/waiver signed, story slides, case studies, etc completed) but now my leaders want more of the "so what" and proof that they are being used to close deals. We used to have a feedback loop in place and a survey each quarter, but apparently participation was close to 0. Maybe I will try to bring that back to see if I can revive it...

Hi! I’m new to the Customer Marketing space- recently transitioned (about 8 months ago) from Customer Success to lead our customer evidence program. I’m currently the only one collecting and creating assets around customer stories for both of our business units. I’m also taking on more responsibility around our customer community. I have lots of ideas, but sometimes have trouble deciding where to prioritize and would love a mentor to bounce ideas off of while also looking for some guidance on what worked well for you!
