Hi, Tim! This is my gut reaction. I wouldn’t use the video. Video feels current to me. Text, on the other hand, feels okay. That said, maybe if you could put that they are a former employee of the company in a “subtitle” (that’s not the right word), that could be okay. If you decide you want to use the video, maybe reach out to her and ask her if it’s okay with her. There may be legalese somewhere that gives you the right to use her likeness, but getting her go ahead would make it better. Know what, pretend that third paragraph went first. 😉 I recommend that course of action.

I use ChatGPT mainly. It’s the first one I experimented with, so it’s familiar to me. I have the free plan of Perplexity, but I don’t use it as often because it uses more energy and water than the lower levels of ChatGPT that I use.
