I lead our customer advocacy program and currently sit on our Corporation Brand & Marketing team but have also been a part of our Demand Generation and Product Marketing team. In the past the other customer marketers have been on the team with me, but most recently we got split apart with the others sitting on demand gen. My role has moved a few times 😅

At certain events, when we know we'll have quite a few happy customers present, we've started collecting live video testimonials. We do our best to confirm customers to stop by to record a head of time if we have the attendee list before the event, and we prep the team working the booth on collecting more from folks who organically stop by. We use Vouch so the videos get uploaded into a platform automatically and it's really easy to edit them for different use cases later. If someone doesn't use Vouch and just records on their phone, they can upload the file into the platform easily afterwards.

In the past I've created gifts items from brands we work with that generally make nice gifits (OURA ring, coffee beans from Philz, Fitbits, etc.). It's a somewhat subtle way of showing how we further amplify our customers while also giving a fun gift.
